the hotel location is near the subway entrance and canal city. i appreciated the public bath on the first floor, it offered free popsicles. amenities were available in both male and female hot baths.

the room i booked included a washing machine and a dryer. i found a microwave, a good-size fridge, and a basin. the location is convenient, with many eating choices. convenient stores are also very near to kawabata shopping arcade.

i booked a room with washer but instead received a small room without it. the room i had faced a staircase on the 3rd floor. i also saw the power line right in front of my face. it was an unpleasant sight.

I appreciated the helpful staff that quickly arranged a taxi for us. The location is convenient. It's one subway stop from Hakata JR station. A short walk takes you to Canal City. The hotel provides a 24-hour supermarket nearby, alongside several convenience stores.

The price was somewhat high, yet this is understandable considering that year-end pricing often impacts costs.
